Global early-stage investor Antler launched a $60 million MENAP fund in 2023 for pre-seed to Series A investments. Its residency programme helps founders find co-founders and build companies, after which Antler can invest. In Abu Dhabi it runs the National Founders Program with Mubadala and Hub71.
