Oraseya Capital is the venture capital arm of DIEZ, the authority behind Dubai Airport Freezone, Dubai Silicon Oasis and Dubai CommerCity. Its first programme, an AED 500 million (about $136 million) fund, was launched in November 2023 to back startups from pre-seed to Series B. Dubai-based companies and international firms setting up in Dubai are invited to apply.
